NFC Forge ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our NFC Forge mobile application.

2.1. Information You Provide
- NFC Tag Data: URLs, contact information, and other data you choose to write to NFC tags
- Tag Templates: Saved tags you create for reuse
- Subscription Information: Data related to premium subscriptions, including payment information processed by Apple (we do not have access to full credit card details)
2.2. Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the app (features used, frequency of use)
- Device Data: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
- Diagnostic Data: Information about errors and crashes to improve app stability

- Apple StoreKit: Information about purchases and subscriptions
- Apple CloudKit: Data synced between your Apple devices
- Firebase Analytics: Anonymous usage metrics

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide the Service: Allow you to write, save, and manage NFC tags

4. Data Storage
All NFC tag data is stored locally on your device and, if you have a premium subscription, may be synced with iCloud using Apple's CloudKit. This means your data is encrypted and stored on Apple's servers, not ours.
Analytics and crash report data are sent to Firebase (Google), but are anonymized and do not contain personally identifiable information.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We share information only in the following situations:
- Service Providers: With providers who help us operate the app (Apple, Google Firebase), all bound to protect your data
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or legal process
- Protection of Rights: To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users
6. Third-Party Services
6.1. Apple Services
- CloudKit: Used for data synchronization between devices. Data is stored in the user's iCloud account.
- StoreKit: Payment and subscription processing. All transactions are processed by Apple.
- App Store Connect: App distribution and download information.

6.2. Google Firebase
- Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage metrics
- Firebase Crashlytics: Collects information about errors and crashes for diagnostics

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you delete tags from the app, they are permanently removed. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for longer periods for statistical analysis purposes.

NFC Forge is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information immediately.
