1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ploc Letrinhas application ("Application"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Ploc Letrinhas is an educational game developed for children aged 3 and up to learn the alphabet in a fun and safe way. The Application offers:

Interactive educational game for alphabet learning
Parental control system with daily time limit
Biometric protection for settings
Progress statistics synchronized via iCloud

3. Use of the Application

3.1. Minimum Age

The Application is intended for children aged 3 and up, always under the supervision of parents or guardians. Parents are responsible for configuring and managing the Application settings.

3.2. Parental Control

The Application includes parental control features that allow parents to:

Set daily usage time limit (between 5 and 120 minutes)
Protect settings with biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID)
Track usage and progress statistics

Parents are responsible for properly configuring these features.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

4.1. Anonymous Data for Application Improvement

Ploc Letrinhas uses Firebase (Google service) to collect anonymous and aggregated data for the sole purpose of improving user experience and application performance. This data includes:

Application usage events (e.g., screens visited, buttons clicked)
Performance information and technical errors (via Firebase Crashlytics)
Aggregated and anonymous usage statistics

We do NOT collect:

Full names or personally identifiable information
Precise location data
Contact information or email addresses
Data from other people beyond application usage

4.2. iCloud Synchronization

The Application uses Apple's iCloud to synchronize game data and settings between devices. This data is stored securely and encrypted on Apple's servers, following Apple's privacy policies.

4.3. Firebase Privacy Policy

By using the Application, you also agree to Firebase's Privacy Policy. Data collected by Firebase is handled according to Google's privacy practices.

5. Absence of Advertisements and Advertising

Ploc Letrinhas is completely free of:

✅ Advertisements of any kind
✅ Advertising or promotional content
✅ Links that redirect to other applications or websites
✅ In-app purchases
✅ Third-party content or advertising integrations

Our only priority is to provide a focused, safe, and distraction-free educational experience.

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the Application, including but not limited to design, graphics, code, text, sounds, and features, is the property of the developer and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for:

Service interruptions or unavailability
Data loss (although we do our best to prevent this through iCloud)
Inappropriate use of the Application by children without supervision
Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Application

8. Parental Responsibility

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for:

Properly configuring the Application's parental controls
Supervising children's use of the Application
Ensuring usage time is in accordance with their preferences and pediatric recommendations
Protecting biometric credentials used to access settings

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through an Application update. Continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms of Use.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
